Chrissy Teigen Deletes Her Twitter Account As She Thinks ‘It Serves Her Negatively’
Social media star Chrissy Teigen has bid farewell to the micro-blogging site due to all the negativity. She said that it doesn’t serve her positively
Chrissy Teigen is a social media sensation and she would be the last person to get affected by all the negativity. However, it went out of control for Chrissy who deleted her Twitter handle. Yes, the account has now been deleted from the micro-blogging site. Before bidding farewell, she penned an emotional letter for all the fans and followers saying that she left the platform as it didn’t serve her positively. ‘For over 10 years, you guys have been my world,’ she wrote.
"I honestly owe so much to this world we have created here. I truly consider so many of you my actual friends. But it's time for me to say goodbye. This no longer serves me as positively as it serves me negatively, and I think that's the right time to call something. I've always been portrayed as the strong clap back girl but I'm just not. For years I have taken so many small, 2-follower count punches that at this point, I am honestly deeply bruised,” she continued. Chrissy went on to say that while she has learned a lot, there’s one thing she hasn't “learned is how to block out the negativity.”
She then concluded by saying, "I'm just a sensitive s--t, okay!? I don't wanna be this way! I just am! But I love you guys and I cherish our time together, I truly do. I also hate you." She followed that up with a simple heart emoticon. Earlier, the Lip Sync Battle host was massively trolled for uploading her topless picture with her son.
